Not only that, but I have told many people about this place and they have all eaten there and loved it. The burgers are so juicy and perfectly cooked. My favorite thing to order is a burger trio and a small order of half onion strings and half fries. This small order is so big I split it with my son. My husband loves the portobello burger. It's hard to get my 13 yr old son to go out to eat but if I tell it's the Ugly American, he flies out the door. You won't be sorry that you ordered their delicious food. And by the way, the burgers take a little longer because they are cooked fresh, not sitting in a warming bin.

I picked up an order last nite (friday) at 7:30pm/...

I picked up an order last nite (friday) at 7:30pm/ kitchen closes at 8. Thinking about the cheese fries I had made me want to go again, so I got the boy and a friend to tag along with me this past Saturday. We met up outside UA around 1:30 and it was packed! Luckily, most of the people in there were getting their food to go, so we were able to find a small table. The last time I was here I had a large cheese fry to myself and it was delicious. But this time, I decided to actually get a Build Your Own Burger. I chose lettuce and a fried egg as my toppings, swiss cheese, and ranch dressing, and asked for the burger to be cooked medium. The boy got a 3 cheese grilled cheese with American, and a plain hot dog with ketchup and mustard. Our friend got the mini burger trio, and ordered the fried macaroni and cheese balls for us to share. I'll admit, I was skeptical when I first glimpsed those mac and cheese balls, but man they were good! Not too too fried and just the right texture. Our food came about 10 minutes later, and boy was my burger huge. It was tough just trying to get a hold of it. Very messy and drippy! But I ate the whole thing! And our friend told me he was proud of me for eating the whole thing, I guess because I'm a petite girl :) The boy and our friend both loved their meals and our friend was intrigued by the BYOB factor and said next time he might in fact bring his own beer. I am considering getting take-out this week because yes, they are that good!

Ridiculous times to cook a burger, the soggiest, m...

Ridiculous times to cook a burger,
the soggiest, most tasteless sweet potato fries I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Add that to the fact that there were maybe 5 diners there, and they still couldnt get my order correct.

Its really very simple, when someone orders a cheesburger , you put cheese on it. Which they cant seem to get right no matter how much time you give them. Our burgers were very small, but thick. Not even close to the edge of the bun. Maybe 3.5 ounces after cooking.

Over-hyped and pretentious, there are better outlets for burgers in the area. The decor was very nice. The counter girl was inexperienced but friendly. The wait for the burgers was outrageous.

My husband ordered a cheeseburger club.
