If you ever go to Times Square, you have to visit Roxy's. It's a hoot! What attracted us was a window full of cheesecakes. Huge, delicious cheesecakes. We went inside (we've been a few times) and were promptly seated even though the place was very busy. On one particular visit we had been on a two-hour bus tour sitting on top of one of the buses in 40 degree weather, so we were freezing when we got inside Roxy's and ordered cappuccinos. Laura got a chicken salad sandwich and I got a burger. Both were HUGE and delicious. We also decided to share a slice of cheesecake since they give you quite a slab. All the cheesecakes here are outstanding. The bill was around $50 and most people will find Roxy's a little expensive since a hot dog is around $10 and Laura's chicken salad sandwich was around $15, but you do get a large quantity of bang for your buck. The place is very New York - loud, busy and a lot of fun. We'll go here every time we visit to New York.
