Hey guys! Laura here. Since we're going to be busy on March 17th, Mom decided to make our St. Patrick's Day feast a few days early. Actually, we would have eaten it yesterday had the ham cooked properly. Instead, we settled for a Big Mac and some fries. Oh well ...
Round two: The ham actually cooked all the way as well as the kielbasa, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and a really big onion. We also had some delicious country white bread on the side and fancy schmancy cream puffs for dessert. Sound good? It was. My father ate like a pig and so did I. Mom ate a little lighter (show off), but enjoyed every bit of her magnificent feast.
